Pioneer Materials aggregate division is a provider of sand, stone, and gravel for the commercial and infrastructure needs of the Delmarva Peninsula. From highways and airports to residential homes, Pioneer Materials has proudly served businesses, government and individual homeowners in the region for more than 50 years.

Pioneer operates five state-of-the-art concrete plants located in Wilmington, Frankford, Dover, DE, Delmar, MD and Avondale, PA. The plants offer concrete products and exceptional customer service. Pioneer’s fleet of more than 40 front discharge mixers and five 32-meter boom pumps are centrally dispatched using GPS truck tracking from Wilmington’s Central Dispatch office.
