Pioneer operates five state-of-the-art concrete plants located in Wilmington, Bear and Dover, Del., Delmar, Md., and Avondale, Pa., and offers the latest concrete products and exceptional customer service. Pioneer’s fleet of more than 60 front discharge mixers and five 32-meter boom pumps are centrally dispatched using GPS truck tracking from Wilmington’s Central Dispatch office.
